The house is lovely, well equipped and close to downtown Palm Springs. The only slight negative is the wind, when it is blowing, it can be strong, you are right near the windmill farms. We had strong winds on a couple days but overall not an issue. The house is well cooled and the pool makes cooling off on a hot afternoon easy. It is also close to the Palm Springs Airport but that isn’t a busy airport so I would rate this a minor inconvenience at most. We stayed for two weeks and it didn’t bother us. Neighbors were quiet, we never heard a peep from anyone in the adjacent properties. The house is very comfortable and the clubhouse/gym was nice to utilize. Mike was super easy to get ahold of if we had any questions and very responsive. Thank you Mike for a wonderful getaway.

We absolutely loved this house! Mike and his team provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and making our very first Airbnb experience completely stress-free. The home itself exceeded all of our expectations. From the refreshing pool with misters to the spacious bedrooms and the huge, well-equipped kitchen, every detail made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and make great memories. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an amazing getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly what we were hoping for clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax. Mike was an excellent host. He was always quick to respond to my messages, incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

The neighborhood was quiet, in a gated community, and with great amenities. Beautiful place to make great family memories – the poolside basketball was a hit! Mike was a great host – responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Tiny complaint that there were only 3 coffee pods left and we were assigned to a different unit rather than what was listed, but we managed to bypass them and had a blast! It’s a beautiful community. We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic, and the place was even better than described. Our kids absolutely loved spending time in the swimming pool. Communication was top-notch throughout our trip to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Host was responsive. Beautiful and peaceful home with all the needed amenities. Beds and pillows were comfy and clean.

Mike is such an excellent host, my family and I loved our stay. Such a beautiful home and everything was super clean and spotless. The two living rooms were such a plus especially with the world cup going on, the pool/jacuzzi was amazing as we were in it the whole day. Any questions I had mike was there to answer quick and efficient. Everything was so wonderful, the best airbnb i’ve ever had a great experience with. Definitely will be coming back to stay again soon!

Beautiful home, great location, and extremely comfy beds! That being said, the house could have been cleaner. We swept 3 different spider webs from the ceiling! Under the fridge was very dirty with trash left from prior guests. The hallway bathroom with the tub shower, the shower nor bath could be used because the doors would not open at all! Also essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, wipes, or any extras like games were nowhere to be found! The fridge door was left open and in an error state and not cool when we got there! We got that working! Although the property manager was very responsive and kind! We had an amazing time, but you may want to check in between guests just for the extras to make the stay a little more comfortable!
