Our Story
VARE Properties is the premier, locally owned and operated vacation rental management company in the Coachella Valley — serving La Quinta, Indio, Palm Springs, and Coachella.
VARE opened its doors in 2018 when Mike bought his first vacation home in La Quinta and managed it on the side of his biotech career. His guests loved their stays, and neighbors — seeing the care he took — began asking him to manage their homes too. What started as a
side project soon became his sole focus; Mike left biotech and built VARE full-time.
