For short stays (2-27 nights):
- 100% refund if canceled 14+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if canceled 7–13 days before arrival
- 0% refund if canceled 0-6 days before arrival
For long stays (28+ nights):
- 100% refund if canceled 60 days before arrival
- 0% refund if canceled 0-59 days before arrival
