Great stay in a great location!

We typically choose La Quinta for summer staycations because of its location, local eats, & peacefulness, especially during the summer months. We’ve stayed at numerous places in LQ in the past, but was our first time staying at this property. This by far is the best one we’ve stayed! The home is equipped with more than what was listed on the description… high end appliances, espresso machine, cooking pans, etc. The entire house was very clean & organized. We encountered a small issue in one of the bathrooms upon arrival, and someone was sent out within 15 mins to fix the issue. The young man who came to fix it was very friendly and asked if there was anything else he needed to address. There were just so many touches throughout the house that just made it feel very cozy, comfortable, and felt like “home.” Can’t commend Mike and his team enough on how great it was to stay here. Will definitely stay here or at any of their properties only, when we are out here for our staycations!

This property was just lovely—spacious, thoughtfully appointed, comfy large beds, and open concept kitchen with all the amenities ( I esp liked the Italian espresso maker!). The unit is at the end of the road next to a rock garden with a trellis and bench, walkable to pool and hot tub/ fitness room. It was convenient that the kids could be upstairs with their own tv lounge area while the adults could hang out downstairs. Great for longer stays; weekend def wasn’t long enough!

Really enjoyed this stay! House was very nice and comfortable for our family of 5. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the layout and furnishings were perfect, not to mention the view of the golf course was incredible!! We will be back!!

The home is exactly as described, nicely decorated, with a very clean kitchen and a beautiful view of the golf course. The fenced yard was great for our dog, even though it is on the smaller side. The white furniture looks nice but does show some wear and dirt. One important thing to be aware of: during our three-day stay, multiple scheduled services took place, including pest control and weed treatment. While these are mentioned in the handbook, we did not expect all of them to occur during such a short visit. Pest control arrived around 7am and they were spraying while we were sitting on the patio drinking coffee at sunrise, and weed killer was also applied in the backyard while we were outside with our senior dog, which was concerning. The neighborhood is more of a residential tract, so walking options are limited to the surrounding streets rather than open areas or golf course access. That’s just a personal preference for us as we’re used to communities with more walking
