Buen lugar

Words cannot express how fascinated my family and I were when we entered the house. The stay was far beyond our expectations. We felt right at home, very spacious, and clean. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We were sad to have to leave, but we know we will be back in the near future. It really felt like the perfect getaway. The pool was absolutely stunning, my kids had a blast. BBQ grill was easy to use, and allowed us to make all our food quick. Mike was always easy to reach, any question or concerns we had he was always responsive. Thank you for everything, you’re a GREAT host. Definitely worth what was spent to come visit this beautiful place.

Great stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. The home was spotless and we felt very comfortable here from the moment we arrived to the minute we checked out.

Very clean place, very responsive host, the place is well equipped, good furniture, looks nice and very welcoming. instructions are very clear, plenty of suggestions from the host and also great golf courses just around the corner!

Beautiful townhome decorated in gorgeous colors. Everything is up-to-date, well thought out for guests, and as described in the listing. We appreciate the privacy, security, and clean aesthetic of PGA West, and this townhome will be at the top of our list for return visits.

We really had a peaceful stay in this beautiful home with amazing views. The host, Mike, responded quickly. Mike was also very friendly and helpful.

Mike was a great host. Very responsive and polite. The house was clean and you don’t really feel like you are in someone else’s home. It’s a very nice community and there’s a bar and grill in walking distance. The only thing I would have changed is the fees being made clear in the listing description. For example, the pet fee is $125, the pool heating fee is $170. We didn’t need to heat the pool because it was 107° outside but it is an expense you would want to be aware of before booking. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place to stay with a very communicative host.

We had the best stay at Mike’s house for Coachella. The house had everything we needed, even things we thought they wouldn’t have they had. Everything was extremely clean and sparkly when we got there, and the bedrooms are homey and comfy. The main area was bigger than the photos made it seem and the outdoor area is a blast. Would highly recommend!
